APPLICATION FORM Request for support by young participants (Please return as early as possible) Deadline: registration + submission of abstract is May 30. 1999!  We will provide support for young participants. Younger scientists should send us this application form together with the registration. This application also should be accompanied by a letter of recommendation by a supervisor or head of department. Participants from specific countries should first contact the indicated persons for support: (USA: Al Claiborne; Japan: Takeshi Nishino; Italy: Mirella Pilone; Lettland and Eastern Countries: Narimantas Cenas ) Participants requesting a letter of invitation from the organizing committee should write us. Important: we request everybody to register and to pay the fees in full before the deadline! We will provide a refund to those entitled at the time of the congress.
